Matt went as an attorney or hope or drinker of brandy and cider or something of the sort. He didn't have a costume because, get this...I didn't pull one together for him--yes ME, she who is responsible for 2 others besides herself! Creative costuming has never been his thing.
Here's the grand unveiling. The lion and the pig! Autumn makes the perfect pig as she's a bit of a chunk :)
You guys are awesome!
Nora did take the cake with the cutest costume. And now that she's walking, it couldn't get much cuter.
We had a policeman and a fireman to watch out for us, the Halloween standards of a witch and pumpkin, and a lame farmer girl. But mostly the day was a zoo (pun intended) with 2 lions, a pig, a dog, and a chicken (oh, and Matt)!
Glittering pumpkins Martha Stewart style!

The Lion and the Pig -- adorable photo. At first, I thought the gentleman dressed up as a pumpkin was Matt and was a little surprised, but quickly learned the truth reading the blog. Yes, Matt going as an attorney is more his style. I am not one for costumes either, and this year went as a writer who has never been paid for his writing. Not an easy look to describe, but you know it when you see it. Thanks for the blogging efforts, Jen!
