Brown County

We just got back from a weekend in Brown County, Indiana. It's peak season right now so the trees are amazing. We also lucked out with terrific weather--crisp and sunny. We stayed at an Inn, ate in Bloomington, hiked, rode a pony and went into the little town. It was a great trip--we hope to make it a yearly event. We opted for the easy, paved trail thinking we would take the stroller. But, ultimately decided that Willow would have more fun exploring and running around (which, we thought, would lead to a killer nap, but, not really).

And play around she did! She stayed busy sprinkling leaves all over the trail.

Here's an attempt to photograph both girls together in a cute setting. Really it looks like two well-behaved girls sitting in front of a strangely-shaped woman in army clothes!

There are beautiful spots in Indiana! I think this is the highest point in the state! We summited!
