Willow has been a terrific big sister. She loves to be included in Autumn's caretaking, and we're happy to involve her. She is also VERY concerned for Autumn when she's crying and usually gets on my case if I don't tend to her immediately (even if Autumn is being held by a grandma or daddy!). Willow has also discovered a love for all the baby items she despised as a newborn herself--the bouncy chair, the swing, the infant carseat...! We catch her trying to get in them on occasion!
Autumn is doing well. We are figuring her out slowly but surely. It didn't take us long to find out that between 2:30 and 3:30 am, she prefers some awake time and that from 6:30 to 7:30 pm she needs to cry out some of her unspent energy. We're adjusting to her schedule while trying to encourage ours! She has thusfar been an easier baby than Willow, but that's not saying much!
