Willow's favorite form of play is to re-enact situations she's experienced with her dolls and stuffed animals. It's very cute to witness, I might say, and a bit validating--given that I've never seen her friends endure any lashings, harsh words, or punishments other than an occasional "time-out" or removal of crayons due to coloring on things they shouldn't. Most of the time she makes them beds and sings them lullabies, she lets them sleep on her if they have a bellyache, she nurses them, etc.

I guess the PBS in the Park left a lasting impression on her because the new thing is for her to be "Bert" or "Zoe" and for us to take pictures of her with her friends in her lap (see below).
